This was the fastest I've ever released a painful pattern (within an hour). I think it's from much I've learned from Erica and have put into practice in my life. I was feeling pressure and tightness in my chest and by the time I'd released it and brought in light, I was feeling softness and love instead. OMG!!! The meditation this morning was off the charts. Major 'aha' moments and revelations. Still writing notes I must remember to use this new way of seeing reality. Train myself so that it becomes my default mode. Diamond light, and seeing everyone as their diamond light instead of their pain.
